1. Acceptance of Terms

Accepted Philippine identification documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, valid Philippine passport, LTO driver's license, PRC ID, Voter's ID, SSS/GSIS card, and Postal ID with photograph.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered fb773 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identity information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fb773 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant regulatory authorities.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your account tenure. fb773 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided, and to withhold funds pending investigation where fraudulent information is suspected.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. fb773 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 3.4 Account Currency

All fb773 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts displayed on the Platform are in Philippine Peso unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Deposits & Payments

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your fb773 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard per-transaction limits and daily withdrawal limits apply per account verification tier.

5.1 Verification Requirement

5.2 Processing Times

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits fb773's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13. Account Termination & Suspension

fb773 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that eligibility criteria were not met at the time of registration or have since ceased to be met.
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment reversal instruction from your financial institution.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormant account regulations.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Deposited funds held in the account balance (exclusive of bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment account following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting fb773 support. Voluntary closures are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be disbursed to your verified payment account after standard verification checks.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and the Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012).

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fb773 platform that cannot be resolved through fb773's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority or submitted to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines with proper jurisdiction.

15. Amendments to These Terms

fb773 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — fb773 will notify registered players via the email address on file no fewer than 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of the fb773 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
